And lastly, it’s not the best quality video (from 1958) but the dancing by Margot Fonteyn makes up for it. For those that looked at the dance videos of Fonteyn and Nureyev offered, this is about three years before Nureyev defects from Russia in the Paris Airport. Fonteyn shows particular sparkle and brilliance of dance. One can see what Rudolph responded to despite her being older and a different generation of dancer, and in the English style.
