Every day seems like the last straw. One step over the red line. That’s it! Had it. Over and over agin. It can’t get worse. “It”, the only elephant in the room. Why oh why is the elephant really an elephant. Can irony not be thrashed enough?

Tongue in cheek levity is too easy when taking minor pot shots at the MAGA party. And it’s fun too. Facebook and all the social media have made literal fortunes off of the stupidity, the clownish presentation of the GQP at the rallies and other places. The “why em seeyay” disco dancing is gone and a more serious and even more laughable background noise has been subbed. Yanni would be embarrassed and the vibe is 80’s meets evangelical angel with fake boobs. See, too easy. But we must take the new flogging season seriously. A new season means a new look. Otherwise how can you tell one season from the next. First we had “Russia, Russia, Russia.” Then “Ukraine Laptop". This season could be “Did Nazi That Coming”, a bit of a dark comedy, but with “meat” on it.

The Orange Frank-o and Beans, may be out of the running fo 2024 due to lack of interest by the rest of the party but that won’t stop the hilarity or the grift. So just when you have nothing to lose, as it was said in Donny’s hay day, “Let it all hang out'“.

Almost like the “hokey pokey” it’s gonna be a thing. Now, all together… raise your right arm. Higher, higher, lower. Just right.

DeSantis and Abbott have had fun with lying to homeless asylum seekers. Lie to get them on transportation then take them to a place that’s different than promised. There’s something in that story that is fundamentally echoed from Nazi Germany.

The children diverted from their “guardians” by DeVoss was less well covered in it’s time (“fake” news tried but there were obstacles) but the similarities are there. Perhaps this was more similar to the Native American Schools where youngsters were mainstreamed out of their family and tribal lives. Hmm, which history is more relevant? When we make errors, it’s best not to repeat.

There’s a different wind blowing these days. It seems to be a corrective wind including but not limited to the rule of law. Rule as in who or what rules. And Law as in the laws on the books we agreed to over the last two hundred and mumble years. Multiple law suits have team Cult45 and family scrambling. Nervous and desperate to hold power and save face, not to mention pay bills. The coup and the party that gave it their sanction haven’t quit. Nor are they likely too. They will kick (nice one Marjory) and claw their way to the bottom. Give them time and space.

Let’s turn the page in November. Give power to the ones that will put electric stations for charging in your town. Support the party looking to restore women’s rights and get assault rifles off the streets.

There are no halfway measures. There are no good and decent Nazi’s. Or KKK, or white suprematists, or MAGA’s. Sorry.

Vote. They can be comedic, but this is serious.
