Fight like it’s 1215 all over again.
And you think Steven Miller is simply a Nazi. Simple perhaps. Nazi, well,…
Habeas corpus. “Show me the body” or very close. Bring the detainee in front of the court that would be imprisoned. Give them opportunity to defend themselves. Habeas corpus puts the accuser front and center, affording the accused a right to set the record straight and creates a place for conversation that reveals a truth about the moment. No wonder it’s wanted under all rugs by Miller and the rest.
In normie times… we don’t put people in jail for no reason or arrest them because of this rule, law, principle in play in the western world for give or take, a thousand years is just a thing. We don’t even try. A judge has the opportunity to punish the lawyer or person who uses the law wrongfully. However we live in a backward evolution in our time, looking to reversing laws more than 800 years. True enough, these ideas are not embraced worldwide.
Directed by Miller’s ideas and handed to Kristi Noem to cull all what he calls illegal people and ‘bad’ away from the rest. Shockingly, Newark’s mayor was arrested yesterday. For what he did or who he is?
“Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was charged with trespassing after being arrested at the Delaney Hall ICE detention center during a protest. He was accused of entering the facility and ignoring warnings to leave.”
The arrest was not something we are accustomed to in a thousand years. ICE reportedly, also put their hands on members of congress they knew to be congresspersons. I know someone who was arrested for literally touching a woman with one finger on her arm. Another story for another time.
Released but but but but botox is the hider of what she may have felt one day long in the past or so she said to get elected. But today? Pick me? Hoping to be the face of robot future? I’m hoping her future is in orange.
Habeas corpus was born within the Magna Carta of England, a document from 1215 that didn’t just pop up one day, but emerged over time. King John, was unlikely the first but maybe the worst king to face everyone into fighting back so hard. Failing to uphold a similar law to bind him, the Magna Carta was made. (His portrait at the top.)
Said to be the king who inspired the Robin Hood stories. You know him. It was Robin Hood who sought to equalize the forest by stealing from the rich and giving to the poor and defends Maid Marion from the bad kings men…. “Robin Hood often intervenes to protect Maid Marian from the Sheriff of Nottingham or other forces acting under the king's authority.”
Oh! a new Robin Hood movie. just in time to inspire.
It was hard to get the law established. People suffered as kings were kind or wicked. Archbishops and cardinals defended the meek and mild and everyone else from a king. Not just the king, but barons and others like the Sheriff of Nottingham, looking to take with no regard for the taken from. A different time with different ideas about love, life, liberty, science. A time of an awakening before many others. How and why the cause was taken up, but it was and we continue on in this battle thought settled. Where have we heard that one before, women’s rights,…? What an odd time we live in.
“King John of England is most famously known for signing the Magna Carta in 1215, a document that limited royal power and established the rule of law. He is also known for losing most of England's French territories, including Normandy, to King Philip II of France.”
In a quote from Some Like It Hot, John’s reign reminds me of the movies last line. - “Nobody’s perfect.”
A thousand years ago, natives of the land we call the USA was tilled by basic tools and dwellings were built along the cliffs of Arizona and elsewhere. Living next to these as I do, the past is at once crumbling pile of rock and my ancient neighbor that ate the same cactus fruit that still grows in what I call, my yard. They sewed with fibers of drying pampas grasses and bone needles. Both tilling soil and hunting, would they allow one of their own to be plucked from life as a mouse is plucked by a hawk? Bows and arrows, my friend. I found a place once, where someone must have been making and perfecting arrowheads. Broken pieces of chipped flint were the tell. Partial arrowheads, failed. How many do you try then break before one is good enough to bind to a piece of wood balanced to fly? How many fly and miss a mark, to find the one that lands and strikes a blow. A work made for defense. To keep one’s life, one must be prepared to defend it. Work hard for when the attack will come and it will.
Enforced disappearance has frequently been used as a strategy to spread terror within societies. The feeling of insecurity generated by this practice is not limited to the close relatives of the disappeared, but also affects their communities and society as a whole.
Above from the UN on what we are calling “disappearances.”
Sent by heavenly guidance or just European cardinals, the newly elected pope has an easy target in the hearts of this black hearted regime, in this time honored fight of king and church, balancing the power of might over heart. Heart over might.
Henry the VIII, shown as a child, and this dive into insanity of Donald Trump have too much in common. The divine right of kings was tested then and now the echo of the Unitary Executive Theory. Crazy stuff. Literally. More,…
The Unitary Executive Theory (UET) is a constitutional interpretation that asserts the President of the United States holds sole authority over the executive branch. It suggests the President can control all subordinate officers and agencies within the executive branch, with limited Congressional power to remove them.
The idea eliminates congress and the courts. It’s an idea. Another realm altogether from where we live.
Make stuff up and call it a Theory? Here’s more on its emergence. Not surprising it happened in the Reagan admin. Now Trump is attempting to present it as law or long thought to be, by all those people, as he tries to sell his warped notions through partial sentences and a man such as Miller who is fine in opposite land. where he speaks the kind of piggish Latin that makes Yes no and 9-0,… 0-9. Not convenient at all. Quite the opus, he scribbles on..
“The Unitary Executive Theory (UET) doesn't have a single "maker." It emerged as a legal and political interpretation of presidential power over time, particularly during the Reagan administration and later, and was championed by various scholars and conservative legal thinkers. The theory gained traction as presidents increasingly asserted their authority, and its proponents, such as the authors of The Unitary Executive Theory: A Danger to Constitutional Government, argue that it's a normative view of the presidency that can be used to justify certain presidential actions, potentially threatening the separation of powers.”
Alexander Hamilton was said to be supportive of a strong executive branch. Had he an opportunity to meet the current president, I don’t think he meant Donald.
So much to do. The UET, like a UTI and the rest of the mess has to clear before we can move forward again.
Thanks for being here. I wouldn’t be here without you.

PS, I am now aware the trailer offered isn’t a real trailer for a real movie but something made to fool us into thinking it is. We are swimming in scams. Not clear why people do this. Just thought I’d mention… 🎀
Thank you for the Habeas corpus refresher. I only like the Errol Flynn Robin Hood movie. Some Like It Hot — Great movie. Great line. Cracks me up every time. Marilyn was never more beautiful. I’m turning that movie on right now 🎥
