High school lunchroom hero would like to talk about Curtis Yarvin. Embracing the anti American by America. Lol.
70 days.
Pretend Texan, Elon musk strutted his best boots and jeans to visit the pentagon with Hegseth. Cosplay Osempic Barbie, Nancy Mace, is committed to being the best sales woman there is for new American values which will leave granny looking for side dollars and Death to America is looking more and more like the Maga battle cry instead of by… those people Trump wants to erase from university studies. Apparently we know enough about them. Yeah it’s only fun when Borat says it.
Without being too mean, Curtis Yarvin’s contributions to political philosophy are about equal to Kid Rock’s contribution to musicology generally. Neither would get Kennedy Center honors unless and until Tump were in charge. Winky face.
And yet… and yet. New York Times above, agree with Trump on this, it’s failing,… they try to sell their brand for them. More than laying down, it’s assistance. Because we the elites, (Theil, Musk, Vance who have all been made in the same laboratory) have big fingers pointing to him for support to the actions they want to take… looking to Yarvin for an overly wordy excuse to carry on with anti democratic values, since, I mean, well,… it’s my moody Edgar Alan Poe look I made into my personal icon proclaiming, (cue smoke)…democracy is dead.
So much talk about the elites. If you Google what does Yarvin think about something or other Yarvin ideas, the landscape is wafer thin. His traction is only being made now in the usual new Republican way, manufacture it out of whole cloth. Wikipedia and a few recent articles are all that are found. Hardly building a tower of strength or following in this new philosophy until it was a good tool for Theil and Vance to support. Sponge Bob on the other hand, has far more influence.
"SpongeBob SquarePants" is incredibly popular, being one of the most widely distributed properties in Paramount Global's history, seen in over 170 countries, translated into 29+ languages, and averaging over 100 million viewers every quarter.” Curtis Yarvin, not so much.
SpongeBob SquarePants, despite being a cartoon character, imparts valuable life lessons emphasizing embracing individuality, positivity, and resilience, urging viewers to find humor in challenges and live with enthusiasm.
A lot like romper room so I know this group had to know what’s important. But why not? Right,… democracy crapped out on you.
Who said, besides you, and by what metric? Philosophy, even the smaller umbrella of Philosophy of Politics has an enormous history. Also at the top may require some educational degrees, Phd’s, Masters.. they’re dumb and useless too? Yarvin opines at best finding faults in particular with others who write volumes on the rules around how to control others and create societies that have one goal.
Brown educated but not graduated, same UCLA. No studies I see in philosophy but did study computer sciences where he made a splash. His father was a diplomat for the US government and mom was a Protestant says Wikipedia.
Curtis Yarvin's father, Herbert Yarvin, Ph.D. Philosophy, 1973, former Director, International Energy and Commodities Policy, former Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service. - found on Twitter.
I guess his mom was a stay at home mom in Westchester, New York. Very non glam, unemployed? Philosophy is more based in humanities but one can call oneself anything these days. I’m a little teapot comes to mind.
One can’t simply have an opinion and then your boss,… let’s say is Peter Theil finds you very interesting.
Here’s something interesting about fascism. “Fascist goals – the creation of a nationalist dictatorship to regulate economic structure and to transform social relations within a modern, self-determined culture, and the expansion of the nation into an empire.”
Fascism it appears is not the goal, but the tool for these folk to create the oligarchy wanted. From there pick up the baton… it’s NeoCon. I know it sounds like a fun convention with snacks but moms didn’t make it for the kiddies. It’s new conservative and they aren’t conservative by my understanding, more like the roaring 20’s of self indulgent manner, speech, and trajectory. Real fireworks of lives making explosive statement after exhibiting shocking values that acknowledge some pain for someone, just not them. Shot of botox with a ketamine chaser? That’s just on the way out the door to par-tay.
How to fund the endless party? The hope, I think, is for circular reasoning to take over. It’s a bit as they have created for us as illustrated in yesterday’s column suggesting these rats are setting up a maze for us to follow. Yarvin has brought a terrific lighthouse for us to mark in the story. The false premise needed to remake this country. He’s a philosopher. Veddy smaaart. Like Elon makes cars and rockets - recall Yarvin pronounces democracy is dead. Anything from that point takes the mind away from saving that democracy, fruitless, dumb. Eventually makes you stupid to try, a foolish old timer who doesn’t deserve social security or medicine. creep. peace on you too.
Who is that guy really? The man that believes the unemployed should be exterminated. Homeless as well. Define unemployed is my first reaction. He’s from Statestian. Like as in united Statestian. It’s a thing. I can see how he and Elon are on the same page. High school lunchroom science guy impressing the gals. Lonely poet type in the corner with the come hither look but not too close I’m thinking. Here’s Curtis Yarvin’s actual Twitter header.
So influential since 2023. 24.6 thousand followers. lol. Unfair comparison I know.
Two point six million followers for SpongeBob. SpongeBob is liberal I’m pretty sure. SpongeBog likes progress too! Progress good! No?
Terrific piece although confusing for all the new language, in Vanity Fair. Here’s a quote in the piece from Yarvin. “The fundamental premise of liberalism,” Yarvin told me, “is that there is this inexorable march toward progress. I disagree with that premise.” He believes that this premise underpins a massive framework of power. “My job,” as he puts it, “is to wake people up from the Truman Show.”
In another article quote… “This is not a conspiracy theory like QAnon, which presupposes that there are systems of power at work that normal people don’t see. This is an idea that the people who work in our systems of power are so obtuse that they can’t even see that they’re part of a conspiracy.” Oh no, not like Q at all. lol.
“People who work in our systems of power”. oy vey. I’d like to describe the conspiracy to wake from… people working, toiling daily in their work pushing papers for people who don’t know how. Delivering messages for people who are stuck in one place to others in the same habit. Reading and learning about others to understand their needs, to help more easily. Keeping a store of goods for others to wander by because they have need. Sweeping up, tidying up after lunch, breakfast, dinner. Providing snacks for pets. Waiting and looking for a fires and ready to put them out. Growing fruit, wheat, barley and ice cream pops. Knitting socks for everyone better than they do in China? trying.
Photo of Romper Room lady here with the lady looking out at all the nice workers she sees that work in our systems of power. Grok doesn’t know about the nice romper room lady any more. yeah democracy dead along with the Do Bees and the Don’t Bees.
This is what Grok, Elon’s AI gave me.
Maybe we should run after all?
The children of ‘The They’ I call em... corn? I say children, by age they might be mine but in their 50’s hardly young any longer but, I’d like to keep them in for a week. No drugs at very least. Never too late to grow up I think. Still at it myself.
They will burn themselves out after the sugar high wears off. One can hope. Drama, drama.
And lastly, you won’t unsee this for a while.
Thanks for being here. I wouldn’t be here without you.
❤️
That Yarvin is some /philosophizing' twisted teapot, alright. 🍿🙏🌸
Yarvin’s pen name, Mencius Moldbug, is dumber than the dumb drag names I invent. Sheesh. What a maroon. I adore Sponge Bob. OMG. The upside down Tesla symbol! Thanks again for ivatos! Very nice addition to my meditation.
