Day 38. BS rains or reins or reigns.

SCOTUS has a tough decision this Friday. If they rule in favor of the Russified TM (Trump Musk) regime in the USAID suit, Congress is compromised, neutered, gone as to their funding tasks. It only takes once to set precedence.

“The Constitution assigned to Congress responsibility for organizing the executive and judicial branches, raising revenue, declaring war, and making all laws necessary for executing these powers.”

USAID is a nightmare for many however it may be a system test revealing if Trump will be the dictator he wants to be. It might have been any one of many specific tests but it’s USAID. At this time, funding is halted, people are being run out of their offices. The optics are terrible from all sides including TM and SCOTUS. The push and pull is less toward the administration than it appears from the legal side. Anecdotally, firings at social security have caused suicides.

Already given injunctions to more than $1.5Billion in aid must flow, and the fight is in the court now. Musks promise to find two TRILLION to cut, now reduced to one Trillion to identify, is not helped much by a paltry 1.5Billion in saving to shutter USAID.

Injunctions, TRO’s temporary restraining orders, are incredibly well litigated before they are issued. Issued when a halt to whatever is going on must end on the pronto.. It’s for emergencies and are not given without significant apparent proven cause.

Before the decision comes from SCOTUS - can Trump interfere with spending already allocated by Congress? He tried with Ukraine… remember? He didn’t win then.

How much trouble can be made, how much convincing can happen before the enterprise we acknowledge we didn’t vote for, is shut down. If not shuttered, what concessions might SCOTUS give Trump or will they begin to unwind the noose from our democracy’s neck. Friday is the scheduled day.

There’s creepy and then there’s the Musk creep. I will illustrate... there’s keeping an eye on your buddy, your partner in whatever this is, and then there’s the X way.

Important or not important? Creepy none the less and Trump doesn’t have many bosses aside from Putin. How long can he stand it?

And,… when meeting your new cabinet for the first time,… Elon, I’d say this is the way to make first impressions indelible to everyone’s memory. Made by Sharpie? Yes, as indelible as that. Ridiculous moment only made better by that man’s hands and camera. Flasher?…lol.

Moving on quickly to the rare earth minerals that Trump wants, you’ve heard about them spoken about.

Here is how and what TM is up to in various ways. Wedge Ukraine into bad deal, threaten, harm and then be with Putin and just take. The why is simple. They are rotten human beings who would rather take than share. Elon now has 100 men as an army to protect him but he keeps having babies to wear for protection. When the booger child gets too old to lift and wear on the shoulders, there is one in the Pez dispenser ready and waiting.

Yes, we have the same minerals, right here in US. The rare part it’s explained well in the video to watch, they are the minerals one hears little about. They are not specifically for batteries but other things too and important. Used as addition to other metal formulas to make them better, like steel. Are these ‘rights’ being used as a trick of extortion in what should be negations? I’m also concerned about places like Yellowstone and other National Parks to be dismantled for a show of strength to be stripped bare. It’s not an easy thing, if you’ve ever seen an open mine like there is in southern Arizona, in Bisbee, Arizona. Although closed now for mining, there are tours.

Mining rights are interesting. Living in Arizona as I do now, when you buy property, some for sure anyway, you have the right to build and live on the surface, but you don’t have the right to the minerals in the land you build on.

An old mining, Jerome, a town once controlled by Phelps Dodge, and mined for silver but mostly copper, is still owned although not mined for now. There’s also gold in them thar hills. I’ve been told in the rare earth here but only in trace amounts that don’t make it valuable enough at this time to mine.

The process of extracting the minerals is more expensive than the minerals is worth. There are ways to do it, chemically separating the minerals from the “not the minerals they want.” Hmmmmm. Perhaps if labor is extra cheap? Maybe regulations that keep people safe? Just a thought. Above is I believe, is called the Lavender Mine, Bisbee Az, for sure, I’ve seen it. It’s very very big. Phelps Dodge once owned far more land for mining but now they retain the mineral rights. Also our water rights in Arizona, btw, are owned 50% by Native tribal organizations. Although it’s not well understood how this will play in the future, it looks like the future is quite nearer than expected.

So the child that wiped his booger on the Resolute desk may have won the battle of who is in charge in the Oval. The desk is “out for renovation,” said Trump. How bout a wet wipe?

And what does he want to pay teachers? Uh-oh. This won’t play well….. Remember Biden’s numbers? Always low and lower.
