Yesterday was the last day of cross examination in the defamation case of E Jean Carroll, but not the last of defaming, one can be sure.

Trumps target of not the day, but moment, is E Jean Carroll which she shares with Fani Willis, Leticia James and Alina Habba, more? Sure. Stefanik comes to mind.

Melania gets it. She understands the drill. She won’t even have him in the same car. She may be the poster child for the badly needed Never Trump movement that started for some as he descended the escalator. We have watched her grimace at the grinch, even swat his hand away in photo ops. That time she met Macron? Ohh lala.

Can we blame her? He seems nice.

Treaudeau? Perhaps nicer.

Who needs to be fair anymore? Trump ripped off that bandaid years ago, yet the compulsion is there. Ask Maggie Haberman about that.

Melania has known all along he is just crazy garbage, has nothing to offer but pain and lies. She? No angel, indeed. She, however isn’t running for public office and not the problem for us. Oppositely, she silently screams her message we may have misinterpreted. Perhaps she’s speaking to that party of one everyone seems to signal through the media.

Dragged though the papers shortly after giving birth to now 17 year old Barron. That was the fist time we know about Stormy Daniels. Stormy was punched at by the media but this great gal knew her strengths. Besides, porn stars come to the spotlight pre toughened. But otherwise, nice start to his fist child with his third wife. Everything he touches becomes scorched.

The female prosecutors, well, “they should have known better” too, except its 2024. That is challenging both the female and person of color difficulty we seek to overcome, says prosecutor Karen Friedman Agnifilo of MeidasTouch. (I only have the start point as the whole clip is great) but Karen enlightens us to a hidden problem in our courts that effects us all.

So this is part of the trial strategy. Point and jeer at the woman. She is the problem. defame defame defame. E Jean is seeking to show us. It’s a demonstration. Trial one, Trial Two. By this time next year, how many defamations suits will she bring? What she is asking through the court may not be possible, but she must continue on. No one person can be free to verbally attack another without end. It’s the First Amendment that is on trial here. The constitution must be upheld by defining the role of Trump’s mouth. One cannot say simply what one pleases. Unless I think, if you’re Ricky Gervais, you may.

The man is obsessed. Not with Carroll necessarily, just obsessed.

That brings us to Alina Habba. She’s quite the Trump piñata. Only he’s attempting to get Judge Kaplan to do the beating. She doesn’t understand the rules of Federal court. Even her demeanor is just plain questionable. She talks from her seat when addressing the bench, being admonished, I think, 14 times. Being called incompetent is the best of what’s said. Is this a set up for appeal? Or just another wake of female bodies?

Well, she said yes to the challenge and now fully front and center in the Carroll case and the Mar a Lago case. Yes. She’s the one. She signed off on ‘no more boxes here’ fiasco. Also the “yes we want a jury trial” box left unchecked. Trump never seems upset by her faux pas and continues to give her more work. I’m sure he doesn’t notice or frankly care. She’s saying words and other people are gesticulating. Another day not in jail. Everything good.

Elise, Elise, Elise. Someone’s in big trouble now. You know all that shadow presidency Trump is maintaining through the Maga extremists well, it turns out not everyone in Congress is supporting that. Stefanik is picking up where pixie Kari Lake fell off the truck. Hitting the ground running she has declared January 6th prisoners who had trials and were lawfully convicted of their crimes, “hostages”. … What else?

Trump’s bid for the White House in 2024? Real or will the 14th Amendment, Section 3 be clear enough to all the states? Will Elise trade her elected position in congress for a chance at the VP pick on the trump ticket?
