Pence spoke today! Special council run by Jack Smith got their guy, or this guy anyway to talk today. The courts upheld the subpoena he sought to speak to the Jan 6 Grand Jury about January 5th and comments between himself and Trump and events of Jan 6. Clearly, whatever Jack Smith needs to ask about events and conversations surrounding the coup attempt. Perhaps the chants of “Hang Mike Pence” along with a noose by the tourist crowd were motivating factors for Mr. Pence.

Pence may have gotten on in there today to duck between the raindrops, evading more attempts to stop his testimony. DFG had expressed the desire to appeal once again to SCOTUS to stop Pence. With the ongoing exposures of lying and information withheld by Clarence Thomas as well as Gorsuch, this was looking like a rubber-stamping potential by SCOTUS in efforts to please their biggest supporter in the former president. Pence seemed to be wanting to tell his story to the Department of Justice. He sought a subpoena to give him some personal talking points to avoid attack for speaking with law enforcement seeking information that will sink the former president further into legal accountability. This lighthouse disguised as a lamppost has been past.

A source familiar with todays events said Pence went in at 9 am and stayed to 4:30pm. Again, testimony was taken from Pence today, under oath about his conversations with the 45th president concerning his role in the events as they were set, and rolled out on January 6, 2021 known as The Insurrection.

Just showing up in a country and finding a podium seems to be in the Rudy Club of holding a press conference in a parking lot. So what if it’s a sex shop parking lot? Just focus the camera.
