First in this discussion, it must be said, Donald J Trump is an antisemite *first class and it’s the only first class he has. Frankly, so is Hamas. Antisemitic in the extreme. Perhaps related to the first and the origin of the hatred.

In people who don't have ADHD, because Adderall produces an excess amount of dopamine, users may experience feelings of euphoria and increased energy levels, as well as possible dangerous physical and emotional side effects.

Even if one has ADHD, one can be over medicated. Who else took stimulants to excess? Hitler and his SS. Also Hamas soldiers in October 7 attack. Trump is a long term drug addicted man. The long term effects of paranoia and delusions can be seen in his every executive order and tweet. Our 25th amendment was made for him, when republicans are ready.
