Whether Trump or Giuliani (former mayor of Gotham, The Penguin), Rudy has been previously found 100% despicable by a federal Washington D.C. court. With that established, only just “how much” he’d have to pay was the only question, a jury has come in, Rudy is now, ordered to pay “Shay” Moss and “Lady” Ruby Freeman 148 million dollars.

The verdict brings great relief to the ladies as it restores their good names to them as well as serving as a deterrent to others that might want to dismiss the good names and good reputations of our poll and election workers. It’s a triumph of the law which sought to hold the powerful to account for their wrongful treatment of law abiding citizens while working at a job consistent with good citizenship. He sought to pervert their decent lives to a lie of convenience to benefit his crimes against us all. Still waiting for the Federal charges to come forward on Giuliani concerning the greater picture where he will be accounting for his part of the big lie, ensuing fake electors, and general tom foolery in helping Trump attempt to steal the election. Stop the steal indeed.

With Rudy’s finances in as terrible condition as they are, and how lasting a verdict such as this is, prevailing over bankruptcy laws, they may end up with little more than his signature pinky ring. ick.

The NY Times reports Christian Ziegler has finally been ousted as Florida Republican Party Leader. It’s a sordid story of personal consensual triangle gone wrong. We wouldn’t care but for two things. First, the obvious hypocrisy of the Zieglers as the Mrs. is the head of Moms for Liberty, and secondly, their Floridian and otherwise personal freedoms, at least the Mr.’s extended to non consensual sex aka you know.

Ms. Ziegler is a Sarasota County School Board member and co-founder of the right-wing activist group Moms for Liberty, which has pushed for anti-L.G.B.T.Q. policies in schools. She has faced calls for her own resignation, with critics seizing on the fact that she confirmed to the police that she had taken part in the previous sexual encounter with the woman as an example of hypocrisy.

It’s a full on melt down but don’t blame climate change this time, the party of Trump is feeling the law and dwindling House members as losing Kevin McCarthy and Anthony Devolder. Possibly more.
