Today is September 11, 2022. All day, along with other comments and remembrances, the sentiment too oft repeated has been, “we would never be so united again”, speaking of how the country came together in sorrow and shock as we were on the day the planes flew into the towers, into the Pentagon and Pennsylvania taking the hit for the Capitol/White House. It’s the day for which we all weep. September 11, 2001.
We are twenty one years older and seemingly not too much wiser from the state of all things, however this cannot stand. No, man this cannot stand.
As misguided, crazy and full of lies the Nazi GOP are, as poorly dressed and in need of cult deprogramming as the worst of MAGA are it is true they are Americans. They have fought in wars and love this country. Beyond misguided, they are targets of terrible fleecing by the GOP and the schemes propagated by TFG and his progeny. Bannon is currently waiting to be sentenced for his participation the the “Build the Wall” scam scheme con. Manipulated for years through FOX “news”. Lied to at every possible moment. As terrible as these people seem they are collectively and individually, our family.
Our family comes together in human terms every time. Every damned time.

Get Trump off the streets. Take Flynn, too. The GOP even seems interested getting rid of TFG’s money drain on them, and we await the DeSantis contender to get his gloves on. We are exhausted from the Trumpshow. Media - stop. Quit telling us to give up social media and turn them off too while they spend and divide ways to take our time and ensnare our minds. “Spend more time with friends and family”. Demand more from social media and the shows called “news”. Demand a greater portion of truth, demand a lower percentage of propaganda. No more stoking bad feelings about Biden by asking pointed, leaning questions or such idiocy as “Should Biden invite Trump along to Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral?”
Yes, we have Proud Boys and other far to the right extremest groups and they are domestic terrorists. They are in limited number and without the obvious rally cries and social media landscape, the worst would disappear once again into faded profile into their kaki pant dungeon.
Don’t believe that our division is so deep it will never heal. What we have is too great and worth protecting.
