The article had zip to say about it all, only makes the announcement. Some are saying that Trump will not be inaugurated although all signs point to “yes”.

Why would he not be allowed to take the oath? Unresolved issues around him having taken part of an insurrection forbids anyones taking any oath of office. But still SCOTUS gave the thumbs up for him remaining on the ballot. So, he can be elected just not inaugurated?

The other thing people are pointing to is Trump and Musk have been attempting to push over governments. Germany for one. Now Musk is pushing on Britain,… again. Saying they’re doing poorly, need a pop election to settle it. Also the troubles in Canada surrounding leadership and if they will be changing it or then there’s the notion of succumbing to Trump’s calls of a 51st state along with taking Mexico.

Neither countries are happy and there are indeed some laws about it all. International laws that don’t involve Garland or Biden. As an interested bystander, I’m rapt with attention at the otherwise unbelievable turns of events.
