Who's intimidating witnesses?

Plainly all the talk of a witch hunt today in court wasn’t so impressive as the facts or rather the fraud in the Trump Disorganization trial has been established prior to today. Damages are being sought from Trump Org and how many millions will be paid is in the hands of the judge. A bench trial is going forward. No jury will weigh the facts as a jury trial wasn’t requested.

Looking at reporting and social media, it seems neither the judge nor trump knew what Twitter could shout out as if we were at a Beetlejuice matinee, “Alina Habba didn’t check the box for a jury trial on the form!”.

I just Googled - Trump buys glock. Did he didn’t he. Probably doesn’t matter because if he’s shopping it’s as good as buying to his base. They think he did. The folks that watch every move think he bought a big caliber pistol while indicted on 91 counts twice impeached blah blah. While Hunter…. never mind.

Off to a bad start in trump land. The I Ching would caution difficulty at the beginning but he has his ways. Maybe if he glowers at AG James like he did Hilary. Yeah.

So Trump showed up. He’s taking a more hands on approach to this trial. He may try to make a showing of defending himself but his lawyers remarks about the obvious witch hunt bring this to simply more court time wasted with all they have already wasted which bring nothing of value in legal terms. Just like the Biden impeachment trials we are all stuck in my 4th grad auditorium while listen to the fellas play their drum solos for the Talent Show only we are adults and wearing brave faces because no one is going home till everyone gets their moment in the sun.

Trump believes his worth = money. His money = his worthiness as a person. His Mar a lago valuation is seemingly everything to him. Mentioning it time and time again. The situation is so personal. So big and small at the same time. To him, it’s everything. We must be made to understand.

Merrick Garland also today, this week anyway on 60 minutes. If you don’t know Garlands raison d'etre, he explains while exposing his always tender heart when talking about being Jewish, his family and the Holocaust. We need to understand the pains of the heart. The sadness and the pointlessness of the moment.

I’m not sure if it matters that Trump is the reason that Trump is having troubles. He’s on a track now of his making. He may be still on the Hitler tract of getting himself into prison so he can gain creds. Farrr better chance of still rousing his “troops” to violence. Make his journey for his people more and more like his Adolf. He recalls his very good and long time pal Jeffrey Epstein and his stint in prison. He knows he could go there. He also knows better than you or I how it ended.

I met a terrific woman on Xitter. Sandi Bachom. She may be known to you already as the Raggedy Ann look alike come to life with a broad smile and winning personality that photographs at Trump rallies as well as protests. She was at Jan 6 and also covered the strike in Los Angeles. So much about her to say but her people are why she’s a true journalist. We have to be present and witness this part of the story. No matter how many terrible drum solos we have to abide, we will hear them all and begin to put this aside.
