The country is NOT run by computers… get him gone. Computers store and retrieve information. Our government ran prior to 1960. Computers were used, rudimentary ones as early as the 1940’s. How science and military used them then, I’m not sure what the exact capabilities were. Libraries of information and retrieval. However, even now, they don’t run things. They store and retrieve information.

That’s really what Artificial Intelligence does. It takes known information stored already in a particular stream of information and AI programs can synthesize the info and offer it as an answer.
