The prescription for what ails us is there, in the Constitution.

Trump lost the 2020 election. Did his supporters increase? The likelihood of getting the needed votes for a win in 2024 is dwindling, I’ll say preposterous although reporters collectively as the MEDIA have for ten years slanted towards evil doings of Trump and his burrowing into our culture say otherwise. Now wheedling and burrowing into Christianity, specifically of Evangelical ilk. And just now the Pope, is looking like ... party! I digress.

Trump is Moses.

I know, I know, Johnson says he is Moses, but he’s got the story improperly understood. Moses leads the Israelites to the “promised land” only to be left out, as Trump will be and he may as well simply spin it that way now for his futures in collection plate offerings. After his performances in Engoron’s courtroom, he will need every ill gotten pin number and revolving charge he can manage. No one seems to know just exactly what Trump Org or Trump is worth till we do. How much in damages will Trump have to pay in his NY civil fraud case? Suddenly, exaggeration will be meaningful to Donald the Pinocchio of bank clients.

Trump, Putin’s battering ram of oligarchical style to the gates of the US will be locked out of the government and political game. No presidency, no power of pardon or the military. No free lunches or lifting of sanctions. The fun of dismantling NATO. Ka putski.

For all the damage, he will have done and will continue to do his part. He has parted the sea of kindness and decency for the proven clown car of characters like cos players populating a real life disney Park. His flock will finish continue to make every attempt to drag us back to early or pre industrial days. But their hair and make up. So pretty. Cosplay may be the key to this flock. Is Jr’s fiancé, Brynhilda, oh, no what’s her name - Kimberly Guilfoyle, is she looking like this for a reason other than the pure sensationalism? Perhaps the best is yet to come.

GOP Cos Players will have, aside from the heinous plans for women and children, education along with climate change will be ignored and problems will deepen. Authoritarian moves will seem like a salvation only to deepen problems. Promises made, promises kept! Promises, promises.

There are plenty of doom scenarios without adding the misery the Republican Party is brewing rather than solutions. I will spare you the spiral down but rather offer an ascending staircase of easily acquired motions that depend on voting. As said too many times these days, vote while you can. vote while it still matters. Our resolve must be as the Ukrainian Bubbies throwing molotov cocktails with hold no prisoners style. The Cosplayers are serious clowns.

The 14th Amendment, section 3 will be attacked. Attack back. It’s the Constitution. Break it more than it has already been bent is an extremely bad idea. Calls for allowing the people to decide at the ballot box is shades of Kellyanne Conway’s alternate facts. It’s not just dumb, it’s wrong. Sounds reeeeeeasnoable and we all want to be reeeeeasonable but no. That’s gaslighting lite. Deflection at best.

The law is clear and makes little room for question. The Bible however, leaves room for more discussion. Isn’t that what clerics are famous for? Both allow for radical change and have prescriptions for change. So looks like we are set to find out if Trump can destroy the US Constitution as he promised. Yes, yes he did.
